New Hampshire State Inspection

Every driver must have their vehicle inspected in the state of New  Hampshire!  Why not have it done at a reputable auto repair shop?  Visit Merrimack Auto Center, LLC in Merrimack and Nashua, NH

In the state of New Hampshire, every driver must have their vehicle inspected within ten (10) days of the vehicle registration. After the first inspection, the registered vehicle must be inspected again, no later than ten (10) days after the end of the owner’s birth month. If the vehicle gets a new owner, the vehicle must be inspected in the new owners name within ten (10) days of the registration date, even if the original inspection sticker has not expired. If you have an antique motor vehicle, the vehicle must be inspected during the month of April.

Vehicles must get their inspections taken care of at a state licensed inspection station or any authorized New Hampshire automobile dealer. Merrimack Auto Center locations can take care of this service for you! Just give us a call or schedule an appointment with us. We make it easy!

Once a vehicle has passed both the safety and the emissions inspections, an inspection sticker will be issued. The inspection sticker is valid for the same time period as the vehicle’s registration. Merrimack Auto Centers will provide a copy of the Official Vehicle Inspection Report (VIR) to the vehicles owner.
